SOUTH PLAINFIELD
Richard Eugene Myers
Richard Eugene Myers, 58, passed away peacefully Friday, January 8, at his residence in South Plainfield. Born in Union, he resided in Dunellen before moving to South Plainfield. Mr. Myers worked as an electronics technician for Logan Instruments in Somerset. He was a loving father, companion and friend who will be missed by his friends, family and all who knew him.
Surviving are his fiancé of 30 years, Barbara Karpowicz of South Plainfield, two daughters, Robin Pieper of Virginia Beach, VA and Kelly Mumbauer and husband Dave of East Stroudsburg, PA and two grandchildren, Reese and Peyton.
Funeral services will begin 10:00am Wednesday January 13 at the South Plainfield Funeral Home 2456 Plainfield Ave. South Plainfield, followed by entombment in Holy Redeemer Cemetery Mausoleum.
