Diana Spottswood (nee Nappe), 58, of South Plainfield, NJ passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at Overlook Hospital, Summit, NJ.
Born in Plainfield, NJ, Diana resided in Jacksonville, FL for 20 years before moving to South Plainfield in 2004.
Diana received a BA Degree in Psychology from the University of North Florida and was employed as a First Grade Teacher with the Bound Brook Board of Education and previously was employed with the Plainfield Board of Education. Diana was a Stephen Minister with the Mandarin United Methodist Church, a hospice volunteer, and volunteer with the Second Harvest Food Bank all of Jacksonville, FL. She enjoyed dance, reading and travelling as hobbies.
She is the devoted mother of David, Eric, Michael, Garrett and the late Laura Spottswood, cherished daughter of Antoinette Nappe and the late Joseph Nappe, loving fiancé’ of Mark James Sepkowski, dear sister of Joseph Nappe and wife Bella, beloved aunt of Joseph and Anthony Nappe.
Visitation will be from 2-4 on Sunday at the South Plainfield Funeral Home 2456 Plainfield Ave. A prayer service will follow at the funeral home. Committal will be private.
